Purpose
We value your privacy. You should feel secure when entrusting us with your personal data. Therefore, we have established this policy. The purpose of this policy is to inform you about how we process your personal data, what we use them for, who may access them and under what conditions, as well as how you can exercise your rights.
Background
We process your personal data primarily to fulfill our obligations to you. Our starting point is not to process more personal data than necessary for the purpose, and we always strive to use the least sensitive data. We also need your personal data to provide you with good service, for example, regarding marketing, follow-up, and information. We may also need your personal data to comply with laws and perform customer and market analyses.

How do we access your personal data?
We try to obtain your consent whenever possible before processing your personal data. We do this by allowing you to fill in explicit consent clauses in cases where processing is based on consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. We will then no longer process your personal data or obtain new ones, provided that it is not necessary to fulfill our obligations under contracts or laws. Please note that withdrawing consent may mean that we cannot fulfill our obligations towards you.
We also access your personal data in the following ways:
- Information you provide to us directly
- Information we obtain from public records
- Information we receive when you contact one of our employees
- Information we receive when you subscribe to newsletters and other mailings
- Information we receive when you respond to surveys and questionnaires
- Information we receive when you contact us, apply for a job with us, visit us, or otherwise get in touch with us
Are your personal data processed securely?
We develop procedures and work processes to handle your personal data securely. The starting point is that only employees and other individuals within the organization who need the personal data to perform their duties should have access to them. Regarding sensitive personal data, we have established special authorization controls, which means higher protection for your personal data. Our security systems are designed with your privacy in mind and provide a high level of protection against intrusion, destruction, and other changes that could pose a risk to your privacy. We have several IT security policies to ensure that your personal data are processed securely. We do not transfer personal data in cases other than those expressly stated in this policy.
